Spicy soup - mashed beans with avocado

I love soups, especially trying different unusual combinations. This soup I am very pleased, thank you very much for the recipe Tatiana leading «delicious blog». This recipe looks great on the menu vegetarians and people who observe fasting. If you fast, replace the broth with water.


Ingredients

  • Celery — 1 stalk
  • Carrots — 1
  • onion — 1
  • Garlic — 3 cloves
  • Beans (canned or boiled) — 700 g
  • Tomatoes in own juice — 400 g
  • Chicken broth — 1 liter
  • Chile — 0. 5 teaspoons
  • cumin (cumin) — 1 teaspoons
  • Avocado — 1
  • Lemon juice — 1
  • salt — to taste
  • Note

  • 1. chops onions, carrots and celery. In a saucepan, warm up 1 tablespoons of vegetable oil and fry the vegetables 3 — 4 minutes.
  • 2. Add the garlic and spices, fry 1 minute. Add the chopped tomatoes with juice and broth, bring to a boil and cook over low heat until vegetables are tender, about 20 minutes.
  • 3. Add the beans to the soup, warm up for 3 minutes and grind the soup in a blender. Avocado peeled, cut into pieces and pour the lemon juice. Pour the soup into bowls and each lay out the pieces of avocado. Bon Appetit!
