Many times I tried to magazine-cake «potato» and has never remained very pleased. I recently came across a blog Irina Chadeevoy on this cake recipe «potato» and is very interested. Ingredients

  • Biscuit:
  • Egg chicken — 3
  • Sugar — 90 g
  • Flour — 75 g
  • The starch (potato) — 15 g
  • Cream:
  • Butter — 125 g
  • Powdered sugar — 65 g
  • Condensed milk — 50 g
  • Rum — 1 dessert spoon
  • Cognac — 1 dessert spoon
  • Note

  • 1. Egg whites with a whisk a pinch of soy in a solid foam. Whisk the egg yolks with sugar until fluffy white mass and attach to proteins. Gently stir with a spatula from top to bottom. Sift the flour into a dough and the starch and then mix with a spatula. We spread the batter into the pan, the laid paper baking dish and send in a preheated 180 degree oven for 15 — 20 minutes. Let cool for a biscuit, we give it to stand overnight, break into pieces and grind in a blender to a fine crumb.
  • 2. whisk butter with powdered sugar, still whisking, add the condensed milk.
  • 3. 1 teaspoon of cream is deposited in kornetik or cooking syringe. In a large bowl mix the cream, crumbs, add the brandy and rum.
  • 4. All mix thoroughly and form 10 cakes. Crumble cake in a mixture of cocoa and powdered sugar, and give a little to stand up again collapses. Decorate deferred cream and send the refrigerator for 1 hour.
