Spring - rolls with chicken

Spring — rolls — is a group of Asian snacks that are filling, wrapped in thin dough, pancakes or rice paper. Fillings vary, ranging from fruit, finishing with fillings of seafood and vegetables. Spring — rolls can fry or serve raw. If you are on a diet, then you will surely appreciate the fact that rice paper — a very low-calorie product, as well as all the dish as a whole.


Ingredients

  • Rice paper — 10 sheets
  • Chicken — 1 pc.
  • Lettuce — 1 bunch
  • Carrots — 1
  • Bulgarian pepper — 0. 5

  • The sauce:
  • Soy sauce — 2 tablespoons
  • Lime juice — 2 tablespoons
  • Honey — 2 teaspoons
  • Red pepper — 1/4 teaspoons
  • Note

  • 1. Chicken boil in salted water until tender, cool and disassemble the fiber. Lettuce wash and tear into pieces. Carrots purify and cut into thin strips. Bulgarian peppers also cut into strips.
  • 2. The greens grind. To prepare the sauce, mix all ingredients in a small bowl. 1 sheet of rice paper in warm water is omitted and passed on to the towel so that it absorbed the excess liquid. The center spread chicken, carrots, lettuce, pepper and herbs. The lateral edges of the rice paper is collected in the center. Then take the bottom edge of the rice paper and begin to fold it into a roll. Repeat this procedure with all the sheets of rice paper roll and serve ly to the table right away. Macau sauce and enjoy.
