Cottage cheese casserole with poppy seeds

I love cheese in all its manifestations, and only when I saw the cheese casserole recipe with poppy, I realized that I just can not pass up. As a result, the whole family has remained in full delight, a casserole was very tender and delicious, highly recommend! I took a small cookie cutters to give 4 portions. Ingredients

  • Curd layer:
  • Cheese — 400 g
  • Mac — 2 tablespoons

  • Note

  • 1. Mix cottage cheese, semolu, poppy seeds, sugar, lemon zest, egg and couscous , stir.
  • 2. We spread into a greased form.
  • 3. Bake at 160 degrees for 30 minutes. Mix yogurt, eggs and sugar, pour in the casserole and bake for another 15 — 20 minutes. The finished pudding allowed to cool to room temperature for 30 minutes, after which you can cut and serve.
