This recipe is — one of the most delicious recipes of potato, it turns out very fragrant, spicy and festive. Jamie, I was pleased as always :). Next time I will be sure to do a double portion.

Ingredients

Potatoes — 1 kg

Olive oil — 5 tablespoons

Rosemary — 1 teaspoons

cloves of garlic — 7

Balsamic vinegar — 2 tablespoons

Salt and pepper — to taste

Note

1. Clean and boil potatoes in boiling water for 10 minutes. We spread the potatoes in a greased form, salt, pepper and lightly presses the potato masher.

2. We send in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30 minutes. Rosemary, unpeeled cloves of garlic, vinegar and olive oil, mix and pour potatoes. We send in the oven for another 25 minutes. Bon Appetit!
