Pumpkin pie with honey

Ingredients

  • Dough:
  • 100 g butter (cold)
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 egg
  • 50 g sugar
  • Water — if necessary
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Filling:
  • 400 grams of pumpkin pulp
  • 3 eggs
  • 50 ml milk
  • 100 g sugar
  • 2 tbsp. l. Honey
  • Cinnamon, nutmeg — to taste
  • Note

  • 1. To prepare the dough butter cut into cubes, put in a bowl of a blender and grind flour, sugar and salt. Add the egg and then grind. If you need — add a little water in the dough (I added a couple of drops) and mix again.
  • 2. Dough distribute the form, prick with a fork, and send in the refrigerator for 1 hour. In the meantime you can prepare the stuffing, pumpkin peeled and seeds, roasted or steamed until tender. Then pulverized in a blender pumpkin, adding turns sugar, honey, milk, spices, eggs, and stir again. The basis of the test send in a preheated 180 degree oven for 10 minutes, then pour the filling and send in the oven for 30 — 35 minutes at 160 degrees. Let cool the cake in shape and can be served.
