Tiramisu with mango

Tiramisu — my favorite dessert, for me there is no more delicious and delicate dessert :). Today I wanted to try to make the classic recipe for a small addition in the form of a mango. Ingredients

  • 250 g mascarpone (room temperature)
  • 1 mango (large)
  • 4 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tablespoons brandy or Marsala wine
  • 1 cup of strong coffee
  • 50 g sugar
  • Biscuit:
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 g flour
  • 75 g sugar
  • 1 pinch of vanilla sugar
  • Note

  • 1. To prepare the biscuit separate the egg yolks from the whites and whisk with half the sugar and vanilla sugar until light fluffy masses.
