Chocolate cake with coffee and sour cream

This is very easy to prepare a cake for lovers of chocolate cakes and simple combinations. Cooking is easy and fast, what you need, when you want delicious, and there is no time for cooking. If you’re just starting to learn to cook pastry, this cake will also be most welcome. By the way, the cake would be even better if the cake to soak some — a liqueur or syrup, or add berries, which I did :). If you know the problem of liquid sour cream (sour cream with the addition of sugar to become much more liquid), try using powdered sugar and whipping cream just a couple of seconds. Ingredients

  • Chocolate cakes:
  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • 50 g cocoa
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 g flour
  • 150 g sugar
  • 180 mL of hot coffee
  • 0,5 teaspoons soda
  • 90 ml of vegetable oil
  • vanilla — to taste
  • Cream:
  • 300 g of high-fat sour cream or cream (30%)
  • 100 g of powdered sugar
  • Note

  • 1. To prepare the chocolate dough with a knife shred, mix with hot cocoa and coffee, alter until uniform.
  • 2. In mixer bowl, beat eggs with sugar, add vanilla and butter, whisk. Add the chocolate mass and mix the dough.
  • 3. Add the sifted flour and baking soda, stir until smooth and shifts in the shape of the laid paper baking. Send the form in the preheated 180 degree oven for 30 — 40 minutes.
  • 4. Let cool completely Ready cake knife and cut off the uneven top and grind it into crumbs. To prepare the cream, beat the cream with powdered sugar a couple of seconds at high speed. Korzh put on a dish, spread the cream and sprinkle with crumbs. Send cake in the fridge for a couple of hours and can be supplied. Bon Appetit!
