Chocolate pancakes with bananas and nuts

This recipe is for lovers and chocolate pancakes. As a filling you can use a variety of fruits and nuts. Delicious is a caramelized apples with cinnamon. In the original recipe, the nuts were ground in a blender, but I’m such an option is not very much, so I advise a knife to grind nuts. Ingredients

  • Dough:
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 500 ml milk
  • 50 g sugar

  • 130 — 200 g of flour
  • Filling:
  • 3 bananas
  • 100 g of nuts
  • 100 g of chocolate
  • 4 tablespoons milk
  • Note

  • 1. whisk eggs with sugar and salt, add the cocoa. When using the chocolate, then melt it in a water bath, and add to the dough.
