Mediterranean sandwich with tuna and mushrooms

Hello, dear readers! Today I bring you a recipe of delicious sandwiches, which are ideal as breakfast, in addition, they can take on a picnic or a job. In summer, I do not particularly want to cook a very hearty and dense dishes, so I made sandwiches for lunch, have they left very quickly :). Sandwiches are obtained hearty, with a pleasant spicy hint.


Ingredients

  • 4 hamburger buns

  • 1 small bunch of lettuce or basil
  • 0,5 cucumber
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • 0,5 red onion
  • 5 mushrooms
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoons wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoons mustard
