Rice pudding with apples and custard

If you like rice pudding, then you will love this casserole with a layer of apple, caramel crust and custard. Serve the casserole can be served hot or cold, but cold it will be cut much better.


Ingredients

  • Rice layer:
  • 200 g round rice
  • 650 ml milk
  • 3 tablespoons sugar

  • 1 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice

  • Milk — 1 cup
  • vanilla — to taste
  • Starch — 2 tablespoons

  • 150 g sour cream
  • 50 g brown sugar

  • Note
