Toast with parmesan and black olive paste

Ingredients

  • White bread (no crusts) — 6 pieces
  • Olive oil — 2 tbsp.
  • Parmesan — 70 g
  • Basil — 24 sheets
  • To paste

  • Olives (black) — 200 g
  • Parsley — 0.5 cups
  • Basil — 10 leaves
  • canned anchovy — 2 pcs
  • capers (salted) — 1 tbsp.
  • Garlic — 1 clove
  • Features

  • Number of servings: 24
  • Description

    Preheat oven to 160 ° C. To prepare the paste of olives, parsley, basil leaves, anchovies, capers and garlic in a blender, mix until a soft smooth. To make toast with Parmesan cheese, cut each slice of bread into four parts. Spread butter quarters and place on a baking oil side down. Sprinkle each slice of parmesan cheese and bake in the oven for 5 minutes — while toasts are golden. Serve with basil leaves and olive paste.
