Fried eggplant with ginger and miso dressing

Ingredients

  • Eggplant — 2 pcs
  • Ginger — 2 tbsp.
  • Sesame oil — 2 tbsp.
  • Refined vegetable oil — 3 tbsp.
  • Mizuno — 1 bunch
  • miso paste — 1 tbsp.
  • Soy sauce (low-salt ) — 12 tbsp.
  • Jerez — 1/4 cup
  • Sesame seeds — 2 tbsp.

  • Description

    With the tip of a knife to make cuts eggplant, sprinkle with chopped ginger. Mix sesame and vegetable oil, pour this mixture of eggplant.
