The soup of beef tails with Melissa

Ingredients

  • The tail meat and bone beef — 800 g
  • Squash — 250 g
  • carrot — 200 g
  • Turnip — 200 g
  • noodles (thin Chinese) — 100 g
  • Melissa — 1 bunch
  • Onion — 1 onion
  • Coriander — 1 bunch
  • Celery — 1 sprig
  • Cloves — 2 pcs
  • salt
  • Pepper
  • Features

  • Description

    Carrots, turnips and zucchini peel and cut into slices. Boil the noodles as directed on the package. Beef tail cover with cold water, add celery, a little balm, onion stuck with cloves in it, half a teaspoon of salt and pepper and simmer 1 hour 45 minutes. Then remove with a slotted spoon and separate the meat from the bones. Broth strain and boil again. Put it coarsely chopped lemon balm and vegetables, salt, pepper and simmer for 4 minutes. Then add the noodles and the meat and cook for another 3 minutes. Serve the soup garnished with coriander leaves.
