Artichokes with lemon sauce

Ingredients

  • Artichokes (fresh) — 4 pcs
  • The lemon (cut into 2 halves) — 1 pc
  • feta — 200 g
  • olives (pitted) — 60 g
  • For the sauce

  • Chicken broth — 175 ml
  • White wine (dry) — 1/2 stack.
  • Eggs (yolk) — 4 pcs
  • Lemon (juice) — 1 pc
  • Parsley (fresh) — 1 bunch
  • Features

  • Description

    Boil the artichokes until tender for 20 minutes. Keep artichokes were always covered with water. Artichoke ready when it leaves freely disclosed.

    For the sauce, heat the broth with wine. Beat the egg yolks. Stir broth, gradually pour in the beaten egg yolks in it (water bath). Continue whisking until the sauce turns into a homogeneous mass. To taste, add the dill.
