Yoghurt cake

Ingredients

  • Eggs (yolk and white separately) — 3 pcs
  • Sugar (sand (coarse)) — 165 g
  • The powder lemon — 1 tsp.
  • Wheat flour (with baking powder) — 225 g

  • Butter — 80 g
  • Yogurt (white) — 180 g
  • For syrup

  • Figs (dried) — 325 g
  • Lemon (juice) — 2 pcs
  • Cinnamon — 1 stick
  • Sugar (sand) — 300 g
  • Water — 250 ml
