Pork with leek Chinese

Ingredients

  • Leek — 500 g
  • Cut Pork — 250 g
  • carrot — 200 g
  • noodles (rice Chinese ) — 50 g
  • Ginger — 20 g
  • Pepper — 1 pod
  • Soy sauce — 2 tbsp.
  • Vegetable oil Refined — 1 tbsp.
  • Coriander — 6 sprigs
  • Garlic — 1 clove

  • Description

    Rub a peeled ginger into a bowl, add the crushed clove of garlic, finely chopped pepper, soy sauce and mix. Cut the pork into thin slices, add to the bowl and mix again. Noodles soak for 2 minutes in boiling water, remove from heat, let the noodles stand for another 5 minutes, then fold in a colander. Leek Wash, peel and cut into slices diagonally width of 0.5 cm. Carrots grate. Heat the oil in a skillet and fry the leeks and carrots over high heat, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes. Then remove the vegetables and cook 5 minutes, stirring pork. Put back already fried vegetables, stir and leave on heat for another 5 minutes. To ready the meat with vegetables, add the noodles, garnish with coriander sprigs and serve.
