Chinese rolls savoy cabbage with spicy pork

Ingredients

  • Savoy cabbage — 1 head
  • Pork — 500 g
  • green onions (the pen) — 8 feathers
  • Soy Sauce — 5 tbsp.
  • Sesame oil — 3 tbsp.
  • Chinese seasoning ‘five flavors’ — 1 tsp.
  • Ginger ( grated) — 2 tbsp.
  • vinegar (salad) — 1 tbsp.
  • Chile — 1 pc
  • For the sauce

  • Soy sauce — 1 tbsp.
  • Sugar (palm) — 2 tbsp.

  • Description

    Remove the lower part of the cabbage stalks. Carefully cut 12 large leaves and rinse. Finely chop the remaining part of head — get about two cups of chopped cabbage. Stir in a bowl of pork and onions with soy sauce, sesame oil, seasoning «five flavors» and ginger. Fry this mixture in a pan with non-stick coating, heated to a maximum temperature. When the mixture becomes light brown, add the shredded cabbage and soak in the heat for 5 minutes. Then remove and leave to cool at room temperature. Cabbage leaf dip for 2 minutes in boiling salted water to become soft. Put in the middle of each sheet tablespoon fried mixture and gently tighten. Boil for a few minutes to a couple of rolls. Prepare the sauce. To do this, mix all ingredients in a small bowl and add 1/4 cup of boiling water. Continue to stir until all the sugar has dissolved. Serve at the table with well-boiled white rice as a side dish. Pour the sauce into a cup and dip into it rolls.
