Souffle with cardamom

Ingredients

For the mousse

  • Chocolate (black bitter) — 100 g
  • Cardamom (pods) — 4 pcs
  • Milk — 150 ml
  • Cream — 150 ml
  • Eggs — 4 pcs
  • Sugar (sand) — 80 g
  • For pastry

  • Eggs (protein) — 3 pcs
  • Powdered sugar — 75 g
  • Wheat flour — 25 g
  • Butter (melted) — 30 g
  • almonds (almond powder) — 50 g
  • Chocolate (baby) — 1 tsp.

  • Description
