Chicken fillet with mango sauce

Ingredients

  • Bananas (hard) — 2 pcs
  • Corn oil — 400 ml
  • filling

  • Chicken breast (fillet) — 150 g
  • Corn oil — 2 tbsp.
  • salt
  • Pepper
  • Saffron — 1 tsp.
  • Mango Chutney — 100g
  • green onions (the pen) — 2 pen

  • Description

    peeled banana slice on the bias into slices 1/2 cm thick. Heat the corn oil in a small frying pan. Banana slices must float in the oil. Fry the plantains portions and place on a kitchen towel to allow the oil to drain.
