Nori Salmon

Ingredients

  • Rice (sushi) — 200 g
  • Water — 200 ml
  • vinegar (rice) — 2 tbsp.
  • Sake — 2 tbsp.
  • Nori (large) — 4 sheets
  • Wasabi — 2 tbsp.
  • Salmon (smoked ( thin slices)) — 200 g
  • Caviar salmon (or trout) — 50 g
  • Soy Sauce

  • Description
