Pie with asparagus

Ingredients

  • Eggs — 1 pc
  • Olive oil
  • Sour — 4 tbsp.
  • Pepper (ground)

    Cut the edge of asparagus at a distance of 1 cm and scalded for 5-10 minutes in boiling salted water. Fold, then pour over cold water. Drain.

    Put the asparagus and orange slices on the dough, cover with cream and sprinkle with orange zest. Pour olive oil and bake for 20 minutes, you can replace the asparagus zucchini.
