Salad with egg noodles

Ingredients

  • noodles (egg) — 200 g
  • Chinese cabbage (chopped) — 1 cup
  • Carrots (grated) — 1 pc
  • Pepper (acute (Spanish)) — 1 pod
  • Soy (sprouts (or bean sprouts)) — 100 g
  • green onions (the pen) (thinly sliced Diagonal) — 2 beam
  • Coriander (leaves) — 2 handfuls
  • Soy sauce ((better hoisin sauce)) — 1/4 cup
  • Lime (juice) — 1.5 tbsp.
  • Sesame oil — 1 tsp.
  • Sugar — 1 tsp.
  • Sesame seeds — 2 tbsp.

  • Description

    The salted water cook the noodles, but not fully cooked (al dente). Rinse it twice in cold water, dry and chop kitchen scissors into large pieces.

    In a large capacity add up all the vegetables. Combine hoisin sauce, lime juice, butter and sugar and pour this sauce vegetables. Connect noodles with vegetables and toss well to coat each piece of the sauce. Transfer to a large salad bowl all.

    In a frying pan with nonstick saute over medium heat, shaking constantly, sesame seeds for 1-2 minutes (until golden brown) and sprinkle it over the finished salad.
