Green stew (garnish)

Ingredients

  • Refined vegetable oil — 1 tbsp.
  • Sesame oil — 1 tsp.
  • Spinach (Chinese, coarsely chopped) — 1 bunch
  • Garlic (stalks (chopped pieces of 8 cm)) — 1 bunch
  • Soy sauce — 2 tsp.
  • Chile (red, small ) — 6 pods
  • Features

  • Description

    The Chinese wok, pour vegetable oil and sesame oil and preheat on high heat. Small portions cook spinach and garlic, stirring, for 2-3 minutes (until the spinach will not emerald green) and remove. Once ready the last portion again fold all the greens in a wok. Add the soy sauce and a little shake. Put the mixture into a serving bowl. Then fry in the remaining oil, chili, shaking frequently, for 1-2 minutes (until the peppers begin to blacken not on all sides). Place the chiles on a plate separate from the greenery.
