Terrine of pork with olives

Ingredients

  • Bacon (with layers of fat, without peel) — 14 slices
  • onions — 1/2 onion
  • Garlic — 1 clove
  • Thyme (fresh) — a few stems
  • Rosemary (fresh) — a few stems
  • Cut Pork — 400 g
  • Stuffing sausage — 300 g
  • Eggs — 1 pc
  • Bread (crumb) — 4 tbsp.

  • Pepper (black, freshly ground)

  • Description

    Preheat oven to 180 °. Stretch the bacon slices with the back of a knife, and they pave the baking dish with a capacity of 1.2 liters so that the bacon hung around the edges.

    In a food processor, coarsely chop the onion, then the garlic, herbs and pork. Add the sausage meat, egg and breadcrumbs and mix. A good season, then put the spoon in the form of bacon. Evenly distributed over the surface of the olives and press them into the mixture. Wrap bacon hanging from the edge of the top, cover with foil and put everything in shape for frying pan half filled with water.

    Bake the mixture half an hour while flowing juices run clear. Drain the excess liquid, cool meal and overnight in the refrigerator clean.
