Cherry cream with Kirsch

Ingredients

  • Cherries — 500 g
  • Milk — 30ml
  • Eggs (yolk) — 2 pcs
  • Sugar — 80 g
  • Kirsch (cherry vodka (can be replaced with cherry liqueur)) — 2 tbsp.
  • Butter — 20 g
