Roasted potatoes with mackerel, arugula and mozzarella

Ingredients

  • Potatoes — 3 pieces
  • Mackerel ((can replace mackerel)) — 2 pcs
  • Mozzarella cheese (smoked) — 200 g
  • Rocket salad — 100 g
  • Olive oil (refined)
  • vinegar (balsamic)
  • Salt (large)

    Boil the potatoes in their skins in salted water, and when cool, peel and cut into thin slices.

    In a frying pan with non-stick coating, heat the olive oil and a few tablespoons of butter, fry the potato slices on both sides and put in a warm place.

    Mackerel clean, cut and remove the bone. A handful of salt spread on the bottom of the pan, top with mackerel and cover with another layer of salt. Then cover and send it to 10 minutes in a preheated 200 ° C oven.

    Fill arugula with olive oil and vinegar. Put the potato slices on grilled mackerel on them — a little arugula and cover the entire structure a piece of mozzarella.
