Chocolate cake with kumquat

Ingredients

  • Chocolate (cooking (61% cocoa)) — 150 g
  • Butter, cream (soft) — 175 g
  • Wheat flour — 180 g
  • Sugar (sand) — 150 g
  • Cocoa powder — 30 g
  • Kumquat (candied) — 150 g
  • Raisins — 75 g
  • Eggs — 4 pcs
  • Yeast — 2 tsp.

    Kumquat slice into small pieces and together with the raisins put in a bowl. Add to the tablespoon of flour and roll in a mixture of dried fruits. Chocolate grate and set aside for a while to the side.

    The rest of the flour, add the prepared yeast and cocoa powder. Eggs, beaten with sugar, with butter connect all beat again and carefully pour into a mass of flour mixed with cocoa and yeast, as well as grated chocolate. Add the raisins, kumquat.

    Put the dough in the shape of 24 cm diameter, greased with butter and bake for about 40 minutes at a temperature 190y S.

    Properly cooked cake is supposed to be lush and delicious. Before removing from the mold and cut, it is necessary to cool the cake. And there it is very tasty hot chocolate or jam.
