Ingredients

For cake

  • Almond (grated) — 125 g
  • Sugar (sand) — 125 g
  • Chocolate ( Black) — 100 g
  • Butter — 85 g
  • Eggs — 4 pcs
  • Cocoa powder — 40 g
  • Cream — 100 ml
  • For cream

  • Chocolate (Black) — 250 g
  • Cream — 250 ml
  • Butter — 60 g

    The proteins separate from the yolks and pour into a separate bowl. Chocolate faults into slices, melt in the microwave or in a water bath, add butter, mix, pour in the cream and stir again all.

    Beat the yolks with the sugar, then, continuing to whisk, add flour mixed with cocoa powder and grated almonds. The dough pour in melted chocolate and gently enter the beaten egg whites. Then shift the mixture in a baking dish with a diameter of 24 cm, previously greased with butter, flatten and place in oven.

    After 35-40 minutes, remove the form from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes, then remove the cake.

    To prepare the cream, boil the cream (150 ml), pour them broken down into slices of chocolate, wait a couple of minutes, then stir, add the butter and let the cream thicken. Whip the remaining cream and add to the chocolate mixture.

    Korzh cut in half. Put the bottom half of the dish and cover with cream on top. When it cools down completely, cover the second half of the cake and place for 2 hours in a cool place. Before serving, sprinkle cake with cocoa powder.

    A good tip:

    Instead of dark chocolate can be used nutty. In addition, an excellent complement to the cake would be custard or chocolate and coffee syrup.
