Com Rank tea - rice with vegetables

Ingredients

  • Figure (Vietnamese) — 1.5 stack.

  • Carrots (large) — 1 piece
  • Pepper (sweet) — 1 pc
  • Zucchini (small) — 1 pc
  • peas frozen green — 1 handful
  • Corn ( frozen) — 1 handful
  • Mushrooms (dry, black) — 1 handful
  • Refined vegetable oil — 4 tbsp.
  • Salt sea food — to taste
  • Cinnamon — 1/2 coli
  • Pepper (peas) — 1 tsp.
  • Cardamom — 5-6 capsules

    Mushrooms soaked in warm water for 30 minutes, discard in a colander to remove tough feet, chop the rest. Onions and carrots cleaned and cut into strips. Zucchini and peeled peppers cut into small cubes.
