Shrimp in the Asian salad with mint and cabbage

Ingredients

  • Shrimp (peeled and disemboweled) — 1 kg
  • Chinese cabbage (chopped) — 2 cups
  • cucumbers (sliced ??into thin slices along with using peelers) — 2 pcs
  • celery (stalks, thinly sliced ??at an angle) — 2 pcs
  • Peppermint (leaves) — 1/4 cup
  • onion green (pen) — 6-8 stalks
  • Sesame seeds (roasted) — 2 tbsp.
  • To load

  • Soy sauce (light) — 2 5 tbsp.
  • Powdered sugar — 2 tbsp.
  • vinegar (malt) — 2 tbsp.
  • Olive oil — 3 tbsp .l.
  • Lemon (juice) — 1 pc
  • Ginger (grated) — 1 tbsp.
  • Coriander (root finely chopped) — 2 tbsp .l.

    Fill a large pot of water podsolite it and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat, put the shrimp in the water and cook until until they porozoveyut. Then drain the water and let the shrimp cool.
