Soup fodder beans (beans)

Ingredients

  • Olive oil — 2 tbsp.
  • red onion (finely chopped) — 1 onion
  • Garlic (crushed) — 2 cloves
  • Potatoes (finely chopped) — 2 pcs
  • Beans (aft or beans) — 500 g
  • Bouillon Vegetable — 850 ml
  • Mint (chopped) — 2 tbsp.
  • To decorate

  • Description

    Fresh beans are best suited for this delicious soup, but if they do not get it, take frozen.

    1. Heat the oil in a large saucepan. Add the onion and garlic and fry for 2-3 minutes until soft.

    2. Add potatoes and cook, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes

    3. Add beans and broth, cover and cook 30 minutes, until all the vegetables are soft.

    4. Get some vegetables with a slotted spoon and pour remaining in blender or food processor and blend into a homogeneous mash.

    5. Return the soup into a clean saucepan and add the stored vegetables and mint. Stir and heat.

    6. Pour the soup into warm supovnitsu or pour plates. Garnish with yogurt and a sprig of fresh mint and serve.

    Note

    In the soup, you can add fresh coriander (cilantro) and 1/2 liter of ground cumin.
