4. Whisk the soup portions in a blender or food processor. Return the soup to the pot and add the spices, the remaining 300 ml of broth or water and cook for 10 minutes
5. Add the milk to the soup and season to taste. Add coriander, reheat over low heat. Serve hot with a dollop of sour cream.
