Panzanella salad

Ingredients

  • Pancetta — 225 g
  • Olive oil — 3 tbsp.
  • Bread (cubes of 1 cm) — 175 g
  • Parmesan cheese — 2 tbsp.

  • shallot — 1 onion

  • Mustard (French) — 1 tsp.

  • Description
