Salmon soup Oriental

Ingredients

  • Bouillon Vegetable — 900 ml
  • lemongrass (mauled a rolling pin) — 2 sticks
  • Coconut milk — 400 ml
  • Soy sauce — 2 tbsp.
  • Paste Curry (Thai Green) — 1 tbsp.
  • Lemon juice — 1 tbsp.
  • egg noodles — 250 g
  • The salmon (fillets, cut into pieces 1 cm) — 350 g
  • Honey — 2 tbsp.

    This Thai hearty soup is not only useful but also delicious.

    1. Put the broth, lemon grass, coconut milk, soy sauce, curry paste and lemon juice in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer, covered for 10 minutes. Cook the noodles according to package instructions, then drain and keep warm.

    2. Preheat the grill. Place the salmon on a greased baking sheet and coat with honey. Bake under the grill close to the spiral 3-4 minutes.

    3. Remove from the broth sorghum. Divide the noodles between soup and plates put on top of the salmon and watercress salad.
