Soup with corn and crab

Ingredients

  • Refined vegetable oil — 4 tbsp.
  • Garlic (crushed) — 3 cloves
  • Ginger (grated) — 1 tbsp .
  • Chicken broth — 700 ml
  • Corn (canned) — 375 g
  • fish sauce (Thai) — 1 tbsp.
  • Crab meat (canned, drained juice) — 175 g
  • Eggs — 1 pc
  • salt
  • Pepper
  • Coriander ( fresh, chopped)
  • pepper-paprika
  • Features

  • Description

    This soup can be prepared at the last minute, as it does not require a large amount of ingredients, and prepared quickly. Use frozen crab sticks optional.

    1. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the garlic for 1 minute, stirring.

    2. Add ginger, then add broth and corn. Boil.

    3. Add fish sauce, crab meat and salt and pepper. Again boil.

    4. Beat the egg, then add it to the soup and stir. Simmer over medium heat for 30 seconds to egg «grab» in the form of long filaments.

    5. Pour the soup into bowls and serve hot, garnished with coriander and sprinkled with paprika.

    Note:

    To make the soup a special festive flavor, add 1 tablespoon dry sherry or rice wine before pouring on plates.
