Thai soup with seafood

Ingredients

  • fish broth — 1.2 L
  • Lemongrass (sliced ??in half lengthwise) — 1 stick
  • lime zest (half a lime)
  • Ginger (peeled and sliced) — a piece of 2.5 cm
  • green onions (the pen) — 4-6 pen
  • chili paste — 1/4 Art. l.
  • Tiger prawns (peeled) — 200 g
  • Scallops — 250 g
  • Coriander (fresh leaves) — 2 tbsp.

    1. Put the broth in a saucepan, add lemon grass, leaf and lime zest, ginger and chili sauce. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes

    2. Chop green onions finely, cut shrimp in half lengthwise without separating the tail.

    3. Pour the broth back into the saucepan and bring to a boil. Add the chopped onion and cook for 2-3 minutes Season with salt, to taste you can add a little chili sauce.

    4. Add scallops, shrimp and cook for about 1 minute until they change color, and the shrimp is not «rolled».

    5. Sprinkle with fresh coriander soup, pour into soup bowls and garnish with red pepper or chili.

    Note:

    If you have not concentrated chicken broth, and no fish, it is also nice, although alter the taste of soup.
