1. Fry onion and garlic in oil for several minutes, and when they are soft, add stuffing. Reduce the heat and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the meat is no longer pink.
2. Add beans, tomatoes, broth, chili, chocolate and salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer slowly 1:00 or longer, if you have time. (up to this stage can be prepared the day before needed, cool and refrigerate).
3. Ladle hot soup into a large mug and sprinkle with herbs, cheese and black pepper. Eat with a spoon.
