Pizza with potatoes, mozzarella and garlic

Ingredients

  • Potatoes (young) — 350 g
  • Olive oil — 3 tbsp.
  • Garlic (crushed) — 2

  • Mozzarella cheese (grated) — 150 g
  • Rosemary (or sage (chopped)) — 2 tsp.

  • Description

    Young potatoes, smoked mozzarella and garlic make this a unique pizza. You can add slices of smoked pork sausage or pastrami that she was still satisfying.

    1. Preheat oven to 200 g C. Boil the potatoes in their skins in boiling salted water for 5 minutes Drain. When it has cooled, peel and chop finely.
