The original version of the traditional Moroccan salad with sparkling burgundy grains of pomegranate.
Cut the rind of an orange, then cut the white outer flesh and chop into strips (do this over a bowl to to catch the juice). Cut the oranges in slices and arrange on a platter. Save the juice.
Cut the pomegranate in half and get a teaspoon of corn. Sprinkle with pomegranate orange and then sprinkle with onions and radishes.
Make a dressing by combining all ingredients in a jar with orange juice and season to taste. Close the jar and shake all ingredients. Drizzle with salad dressing salad and serve immediately.
Note
Pomegranate juice may leave stains on clothes, so be careful. Refuelling can be prepared in advance and fill the salad before serving.
