Cream with grape jelly

Ingredients

  • Eggs (yolk) — 6 pcs
  • Sugar — 100 g
  • Gelatin — 20 g
  • Milk — 500 ml
  • Vanilla — 2 pod
  • Cream — 200 ml
  • Grapes (red) — 400 g
  • The sugar — 3 tbsp. l.
  • Vodka (grape) — 80 ml
  • Walnut (crushed) — 50 g

  • Description

    The form for pudding a volume of one liter in the fridge. Beat the egg yolks with sugar until foaming. Soften gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes

    Boil milk with vanilla pods sliced. Once the milk has cooled slightly, pour it into the egg mass. Then, all together pour back into the saucepan and heat over low heat until the mixture thickens.

    Pour the water out of the cup with gelatin, add it to the hot cream and put to cool. Whip the cream. When the cream begins to turn into jelly, add the cream and walnuts and pour everything into the cooled form. Put in the fridge for 3 hours.

    Cut the grapes in half, remove seeds. Sprinkle with sugar, pour the vodka and stir. Pour the resulting mass of jelly and cream garnish with grapes.
