Pilaf with spinach, mushrooms and lemon

Ingredients

  • Spinach (washed and chopped) — 200g
  • The lemon (zest and juice) — 1/2 pc
  • Garlic (crushed) — 2 cloves
  • Butter — 50 g
  • Rice (Basmati) — 250 g
  • Mushrooms fresh (chopped) — 150g
  • onion (finely chopped) — 2 onions
  • Bouillon vegetables (fresh or from a cube) — 450 ml
  • Cinnamon — 1 stick
  • Cardamom — 4 pod

    To quickly cook the spinach, you need to put it in a colander and pour boiling water from the kettle.
