Mushrooms with ham

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms fresh — 2 kg
  • Cider — 750 ml
  • onion — 4 heads
  • Garlic — 1 clove
  • Butter — 30 g
  • Leg of pork (medium size) — 1/2 pc
  • Parsley — 10 branches
  • Rusk bread — little

  • Description

    Clean the mushrooms, slice them thin slices. Peel and chop the onion. Fry it in a large saucepan with 30g of butter, add the sliced ??mushrooms, salt, pepper and cider. Cover, cook over medium heat for 30 minutes, then remove the lid, reduce the heat, let the juice to evaporate.

    Cut the stem at the fennel, wash it, dry and finely chop with a knife, along with garlic. Half of ham cut into thin slices and mix with mushrooms. Put the mushrooms and ham in baking dish. Mix the dill with garlic and breadcrumbs, sprinkle with a mixture of mushrooms. Preheat the grill in the oven. On top sprinkle with breadcrumbs shavings of butter and put the form into the oven for a few minutes.
