Cheese Fondue

Ingredients

  • Emmental cheese — 600 g
  • Cheddar cheese — 200 g
  • Gouda cheese — 400 g
  • White wine ( dry) — 750 ml
  • Vodka (cherry) — 2 tbsp.
  • Potato starch — 2 tbsp.
  • Pepper (ground)
  • Garlic — 1 clove
  • Walnut nutmeg — 1 pinch
  • Potatoes — 500 g
  • Capers — 100 g
  • bread (with sesame seeds) — 1 loaf
  • Bread (with poppy) — 1 loaf

  • Description

    All types of cheese grate. Potatoes rub the brush and boil in plenty of salted water. Cloves garlic rub the inner surface of the pot. Pour 1/2 of the volume of wine and sprinkle in 1/3 volume of cheese. Heated in a low heat, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon. Once the mass is smooth, add the rest of the wine and cheese. Starch dilute cherry vodka. When the cheese to melt, add the dissolved starch and stir until mixture is smooth. Sprinkle with nutmeg and pepper. Bread slice. Serve the fondue with potatoes and capers.
