Vegetable mix

Ingredients

  • Squash — 400 g
  • Beans Green (beans) — 400 g
  • Broccoli — 300 g
  • Cauliflower — 300 g
  • Potatoes — 400 g
  • Olive oil
  • salt
  • Pepper
  • Features

  • Preparation time: 25 minutes

  • Description

    Wash zucchini, green beans, broccoli and cauliflower. Slice zucchini slices. Broccoli and cauliflower, divide into florets. In green beans, cut the ends.

    Wash potatoes, peel and dip in a bowl of cold water. Heat the olive oil in a skillet with non-stick coating. Pour 100 ml of water. Season with salt and pepper and bring to a boil. Add the vegetables, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes to cool, spread out on the packets to freeze and store in the freezer.

    To serve, thaw in a saucepan over low heat. Salt and pepper to taste, add a few drops of olive oil. Serve hot.

    Note: These vegetables will serve as a wonderful side dish to meat, fish and risotto with saffron.
