Provencal soup

Ingredients

  • Garlic — 4 cloves
  • Sage — 4 sprigs
  • Macaroni (small (vermicelli or seashells)) — 75 g
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Features

  • Description

    Put in 1 liter of boiling water cut into 4 garlic cloves, salt, pepper and cook for 15 minutes Add the sage leaves and cook for another 15 minutes Strain the broth. Bring to a boil, lower the pasta and cook until they are ready. Add the olive oil and remove from heat.

    Note: You can sprinkle the soup with grated cheese and add the croutons.
