Peppers stuffed with corn

Ingredients

  • Butter unsalted butter — 1 tbsp.
  • Garlic — 1 clove
  • Onion — 1 onion
  • Corn (grain) — 2 cups
  • pepper-paprika — 1 tsp.
  • Chile — 1 tsp.
  • feta — 160 g
  • Yogurt — 0.5 stack.

  • Cheddar cheese — 80 g

  • Description

    Preheat oven to 180 ° C. Melt the butter in a frying pan and fry the garlic and onion over medium heat. Make sure that they have acquired a beautiful golden hue. Add the corn and cook, stirring gently, for 5-10 minutes until the corn will not be bright yellow. Remove from heat and add the paprika, chilli, feta and yogurt and mix and season to taste. In peppers, cut the top and remove the seeds. Stuff each pepper corn mixture, then cover it cut off the top. Put your product on a baking sheet covered with parchment, sprinkle with olive oil and bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes — until the peppers are tender. Sprinkle the dish with grated cheese and leave in the oven for another five minutes. Serve and garnish with cilantro.
