Lemon squares

Ingredients

  • Wheat flour — 170 g

  • Lemon juice — 150 ml
  • Potato starch — 1.5 tbsp .
  • Cream — 150 ml

  • Description

    Preheat oven to 170 ° C. Beat sugar and butter to form an air mass. Connect with egg yolk and whisk again.

    Mix the flour and salt and knead the dough, roll it into a ball. Cover the form with parchment paper and spread the batter evenly over the bottom. Replace the 20-25 minutes in the oven.

    Beat the eggs, add the sugar, zest and lemon juice. Pour the starch in the cream, stir and add the egg mass. Slowly stir, bring to a mass fire to a thick state. Pour the dough and put it on for 10-15 minutes in the oven until crisp on the top layer of dough.

    Cool and clean cut with a sharp knife into squares.
