Duck soup with udon noodles

Ingredients

  • mushrooms (shiitake dried) — 8
  • Breast of duck — 2 pcs
  • shallot — 8 feathers
  • Udon (wheat noodles) — 250 g
  • Dasha — 1 tbsp.
  • Soy sauce — 4 tbsp.
  • Water — 1.2 L
