Seafood chowder

Ingredients

  • Bacon — 150g
  • onion — 100 g
  • Celery (stem) — 150 g
  • Wheat Flour — 100 g
  • Salmon (fillet) — 200 g
  • Shrimp (peeled) — 200 g
  • Crab meat — 200 g
  • Milk — 100 g
  • Cream the 33% fat content — 100 ml

  • Potatoes — 300 g
  • Tabasco — 1 tsp.
  • Worcestershire sauce — 1 tsp.

  • Description

    Finely chop the bacon. All vegetables, except potatoes, cut into very small cubes. Potatoes cut into small cubes.     Writing a boil and cook for 5 minutes, then add all at once seafood: salmon cut into large cubes, crabs and peeled shrimp. In a separate pan bring to a boil the milk with cream. When the potatoes are ready, pour portions of milk and cream. Add Tabasco and Worcester, salt and pepper to taste, sprinkle with herbs and serve.
